About the Author

Dr. Don Middleton is a board-certified family physician specializing in addiction medicine. As Chair of the Addiction Medicine Section for the CMDA, he has spent his career helping individuals break free from addiction through Christ-centered, compassionate care.

His leadership experience includes time at Meadows Behavioral Health and ongoing involvement in Christian recovery programs. Don lives in Arizona with his wife, Dr. Tracy Middleton, and their growing family of children and grandchildren.
