About the Author
Dr. Don Middleton is a family physician specializing in addiction medicine. He serves as Chair of the Addiction Medicine Section for the Christian Medical and Dental Associations and has dedicated his career to helping individuals break free from addiction through compassionate, Christ-centered care.
Don’s leadership experience includes roles with Meadows Behavioral Health and other Christian recovery programs. He lives in Arizona with his wife, Dr. Tracy Middleton, and together they enjoy a growing family that includes four children and three grandchildren.
